3 Essential Components of an Integrated Physician Recruitment Solution

2. Source Candidates

It only takes a few seconds to search, filter and review prospective candidates in the Active Candidate Database, who have registered in the PracticeLink system. Upload and manage your own candidate files with the candidate relationship manager, onTrack CRM, where you can import your own candidate leads, build candidate collections and send emails through automated marketing campaigns.

Candidate registration with the PracticeLink system requires a valid email address. Once you have identified one, a few, or a group of potential candidates, PracticeLink’s onTrack CRM capability provides several ways to reach out and connect: One-to-one email, a one-time broadcast email to a select group, or a dynamic email campaign to a select group based upon the criteria you select. 3. Track Applicants
