With our newest release, completed this weekend, we’re proud to announce the following new and improved features. 

Experience upgrades

New look and feel. The first thing you’ll notice when you log in to PracticeLink is that your favorite physician recruitment tool has a brand-new look and feel! We’ve kept your recruitment workflows the same so you can enjoy the new look without having to change a thing. 

PracticeLink.com - new design in 2017

New mobile app. With our brand-new mobile app, busy candidates can now search and apply to your opportunities on the go. It’s available for both Android and iOS devices. Search for it in your favorite app store. 

 Improved text editor. We've upgraded the text editor you use to write broadcast emails, job descriptions, facility and organization pages and more—helping you write and edit your content faster.

Candidate-side upgrades

More career status control for physicians. We’ve given complete control of job-search status to candidates to ensure a more robust Active Candidate Database for you.


Candidate search upgrades

Radius search. Refine your search by mile radius to find candidates already in the neighborhood. 

International address recognition. PracticeLink now recognizes international addresses, making it easier to source candidates living overseas, or to post jobs for international locations.

• PracticeLinkGME. Now accessible for in-house recruiters, PracticeLinkGME provides search capabilities by specialty, city, state, program and sponsoring institutions for more than 11,000 graduate medical education programs nationwide.


Tracking upgrades

Enhanced ATS. Do more with onTrack ATS! Track expenses, see detailed reports and manage your files. Opportunities are also automatically created when a candidate responds to your posting.


• Trackable URLs on your organization page. You can now use trackable URLs in the links section of your organization profile page, enabling you to see how many candidates click through.


Embed upgrades

• Customizable PoweredBy PracticeLink. PoweredBy lets you embed your job postings on your own site—and now you can customize them to match your organization’s brand.

One-click apply on your own site. You can now easily embed a button on your organization's website that lets candidates apply to a job (using their PracticeLink accounts) with a single click. 

Other fixes and improvements 

Distinct H1B and J1 Visa designation. Now when you post a job, you can easily designate whether you'd accept H1B or J1 visa candidates for the job.

Direct relationship between candidates and the jobs they applied to. The recruiter dashboard now clearly links new candidate job responses with the jobs to which they've applied. 

Physician jobs open only to physicians. We've put new restrictions on physician jobs, ensuring that only physicians can apply to them.
