Source Candidates
Once jobs are posted, you can use the same tool to source candidates, making your search easier and more efficient.

  • Active Candidate Database – It only takes a few seconds to search, filter and review prospective candidates who have registered in the PracticeLink system.
  • Candidate Relationship Manager (CRM) – In addition to sourcing PracticeLink-registered clients, you can import your own candidate leads to build and manage full candidate collections in the system.
  • Email Marketing – PracticeLink registration requires candidates to provide a valid email address. This makes it possible for you to reach out and connect through several in-tool email options, including one-to-one email, a one-time broadcast email to a select group, or a dynamic email campaign to a select group based on your selected criteria. With dynamic marketing campaigns, candidates who are in the PracticeLink system and match your criteria will automatically be enrolled in your email campaign.
