This week our recruiter spotlight shines on Christine Bourbeau, Director of Physician Recruitment at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, CT.

Our team met with Christine in Boston during our PracticeLink Live! Here is a little about Christine.

Like all physician recruiters, Christine’s job requires her to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment. She describes her job as a mixture of onboarding, sales, marketing and counseling – for new residents, candidates, as well as her team.
